Don't know how administrators thought a records tech was going to perform an MRI, it's illegal for Air Traffic Controllers to strike it should be the same for critical hospital workers, fire fighters, etc. Not saying they shouldn't get fair wages but there should be other ways that critical workers could protest their wages or working conditions. Like say they want to protest unfair wages than administrators wages should be docked by the state until some kind of agreement is made, but shouldn't be allowed to be invoked any more than once every 4 to 6 years
