This is one of those, oops we should have thought before we acted as far
as the board is considered at this school, whether it's a public school
or a charter school.
Rules like that are made to be enforced
when the purpose of a child for instant shaving her/his head to
purposely disrupt school, not when the child is showing support as in
this case for a friend or classmate who is sick. Sometimes I wonder if
we should get a license to be called an adult or at least have a IQ
test.
